After last week’s draw against Crystal Palace, Chelsea needed a win this weekend. And, they left it late to secure all three points at the Vitality Stadium. Christopher Nkunku and Jadon Sancho combined to secure three points for the Blues.

Let’s start this Chelsea player ratings vs Bournemouth in the Premier League with the goalkeeper, Robert Sanchez (7/10). He conceded a controversial penalty in the first and saved it as well. Apart from that, he did make some good saves to keep Bournemouth at bay.

In the defence for the Blues, Axel Disasi (3/10) was poor in this game as he didn’t look comfortable on the ball. Wesley Fofana (2/10) was terrible in this game as he was throwing Sanchez under the bus all the time. Levi Colwill (7/10) looked at his best and did an incredible job as the centre-back for the Blues. Marc Cucurella (5/10) ran as usual as the left-back but his crossing was poor.

As far as the midfield goes for the Blues in this Bournemouth vs Chelsea Premier League game, Moises Caicedo (8/10) showed calmness in the middle of the pitch. Renato Veiga (4/10) got his chance due to injuries to Enzo Fernandez and Dewsbury-Hall and started the game slowly. Cole Palmer (4/10) didn’t contribute as much as he should.

When it comes to the attack for Chelsea, Noni Madueke (4/10) started the game well but soon faded away. Pedro Neto (3/10) provided nothing and had to be subbed off for Sancho. Nicolas Jackson (4/10) got a few chances but couldn’t convert and lost balls easily against aggressive Bournemouth defenders.

For the substitutes, Jadon Sancho (8/10) was the star for Chelsea as he put on a Man of the Match-worthy performance after coming on for Neto. He got his first assist in a Chelsea shirt in his debut for the Blues. Tosin Adarabioyo (6/10) came on for Disasi and did a far better job. Joao Felix (6/10) came on for Madueke and did a decent job on the right-hand side. But, the game-changer was Christopher Nkunku (8/10) who came on for Jackson and scored the winner for the Blues.
