Premier League Fantasy Football Returns – The Wait is Over and the Time is Now
Don’t fret, the usual FPL rules apply for the final weeks of the season.
8. Usual rules apply for the final weeks of the season. Motivation is king! As I said previously, will Man City even really care? What will Klopp do with Liverpool once the title is won? He could go for records or give youth players a chance to shine.
At the other end, we will have to wait and see which of the relegation-threatened teams will be up for the challenge and which ones will disappear into the Championship with barely a whimper.

The beach might never have been more metaphorical but that won’t stop some teams from heading to it as early as possible. Keep an eye on the likes of Burnley, Southampton and Newcastle, who surely have safety guaranteed and no real hope of European football.
9. This is potentially the most important point to note. The league and clubs will be testing, testing, testing the entire time to ensure the safety of all involved. If anybody tests positive for COVID-19 then the squad could have to isolate and the match could be postponed.
Therefore, make sure your bench is strong enough to manage no-shows. At the very least have 2 playing options on your bench, if not 3! And never ever captain and vice-captain players from the same match.
It would be a kick in the teeth if you give Aguero the armband, KDB the VC, then Kyle Walker tests positive, and the City DGW gets cancelled!
Enjoy the return of football and FPL! Have fun tinkering and, above all, stay safe!
