June 1 is the call for the return of football on English soil. Liverpool players pulled up to training ready to finish the two-game confirmation.
What is the two-game confirmation? The two-game confirmation is the pair of fixtures the Premier League leaders have left to play before they are authoritatively and correctly named champions of England.
Apparently, being 25 points clear at the summit of the standings with nine games left to play is not a distinct enough stretch to be named “official” winners of England’s most prestigious award. No, Klopp and his Reds must endure two more games for them to start engraving their name on the trophy.

Jurgen Klopp had his squad beating as one before the forced COVID-19 break occurred. They were indeed the most consistent team out the blocks, during the congested midway mark, and during the final stretch after the last chicane.
They beat every team to be where they are and outplayed their closest title rivals in the single meeting. Last season’s slip-ups of several draws and one loss have been improved on tremendously.
For the first half of the season, they went unbeaten. It took 28 matchdays and a relegation-threatened Watford side for Liverpool to lose their first three points in what’s supposed to be their Premier League winning season.
Scoring against the Reds or beating them this term was a league or competition on its own. This is how great they’ve become under Klopp and because of this, the rest of the league has grown envious of them finally ending their 30-year drought.
They will be crowned Champions of England
When/if the league returns on June 1, the log leaders take a short trip (depending on the outcome of the home, away, or neutral debate) to North London and take on Arsenal. The next, another away clash against Brighton.
Three points from each of these games and Liverpool will be gold medalists as these points will take them even further out of reach, making it mathematically impossible for Man City to catch them.
Do people really think the Reds are stressed about winning the Premier League title? No, they just ever ready and eager to get back to business as usual.
