After the hiccups at the start of the season and UEFA Champions League disappointment, Manchester United are slowly finding their groove. The club is trying to make inroads towards their 21st title but it is still a distant dream.

In order to bring more energy to his coaching staff, Ole Gunnar Solsjaer has asked his former teammates, Darren Fletcher, to step up and help him improve his squad plus tactics.

The Old Trafford outfit promoted their ex-player, who is currently the coach of the U16s, to the first team. The former midfielder will join on a permanent basis.
