Arsenal transfer news – Rivalling Manchester United for Oscar Gloukh

According to an update from The Sun, Arsenal are set to battle their Premier League rivals Manchester United for the signing of Oscar Gloukh. Gloukh is a 19-year-old wonderkid who currently plays for RB Salzburg.

Playing as an attacking midfielder, he is considered the next best thing. Certainly, to be targeted by two huge English clubs at the age of 19 is indicative of the player’s talent. It’s thought he will be a big talking point when the January transfer window opens. Time will tell which club the 19-year-old prefers.

Arsenal transfer news – Thomas Partey is wanted by Juventus

According to La Repubblica, Juventus have lined up Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey as a potential replacement for Paul Pogba. With Pogba at risk of breaching anti-doping rules, it could be a decision made by the Old Lady to sack Pogba. In that likelihood, the Turin giants are eyeing potential successors for the prodigy they made possible.

We reported recently that Thomas Partey could be prepared to quit Arsenal if he can’t make his way back into the starting eleven. Currently nursing a groin injury, the Ghana international isn’t expected back until next month’s international break. If Partey doesn’t gain his place in the starting eleven back, then he could entertain this interest from Juventus.
