Real Madrid’s links to Sadio Mane has not cooled down and talks of a Mbappe move to Liverpool heats up even more because of this. We’re gearing up to see some big moves the summer but is the Reds involved in this?

Real Madrid has shown a strong interest in Liverpool’s world-class winger, Sadio Mane. Not stopping there, Mohamed Salah has also been mentioned a few times prior to this window coming.

However, it’s the Senegalese whose name has been linked to the Bernabéu as the priority signing for the Galácticos. Following the links to Spain, Mbappe and a possible transfer to Anfield has popped up as they look for suitable replacements, who are adequate to slot in as a straight swap.

Klopp has always been a strong admirer of the World Cup winner and would take him in a heartbeat. The only red light on a Reds transfer is the price it would cost Liverpool to prize him away from PSG.

Kylian Mbappé is arguably the best young player on the earth’s surface and would walk into any of Europe’s best clubs’ starting 11. To gain his lethal services, you’d have to start your bidding at £150m and hope you don’t hit the £200m mark.

This is the amount his owners could ask for and they could get it with ease. What is also being thrown in the transfer speculation is Liverpool’s new deal with Nike and the fact the Frenchman is contracted to the elite sports brand.

It is said they could help with a large sum to help bring the player to Anfield. This should be getting all of Liverpool excited about the movement because losing a player of Sadio’s statue will be a tough one to get over fast. But throw in Kylian Mbappé and the Anfield public will soon forget they lost the African hero.

It is being reported by the Daily Mail, Real have already held talks with the Liverpool man as a move in the summer becomes more and more a reality. The deal is said to be in the region of £150m, with Real not hesitant to pay the bill because they want him so badly.

"The Senegal winger is wanted by the Spanish giants in a deal worth £150million as Zinedine Zidane seeks reinforcements for his squad.Liverpool agreed a new £150,000-a-week deal until 2023 just 18 months ago, but informal talks between Real Madrid and Mane’s representatives are though to have been held already. It will only happen if?

This would only occur if Liverpool won the league when/if the Premier League campaign resumed. If they accomplish this deserving Premier League gold, Mane would have won everything with Liverpool besides the FA Cup and EFL Cup.

A Champions League winner, a Super Cup gold medalist, as well as a Club World Cup champion, Sadio, really only has the domestic challenge to complete. Being a Champions League winner already puts him above some of the top targets across Europe.
