Liverpool FC vs West Ham United – Goals for glory or goals for survival
A must-win for West Ham United. The Hammers have no choice but to come out guns blazing. Facing a relegation battle along with Aston Villa and Norwich, a win will potentially take them out of the relegation zone.
Losing to second-placed Man City on Wednesday past did not help their cause as they face teams all ahead of them in the league table. There are some tricky fixtures for West Ham over the next couple of weeks namely, Liverpool, Southampton, Arsenal, Wolves, Chelsea, and Tottenham.

Out of those up and coming fixtures, they don’t seem likely to get any wins. A draw against Southampton and Tottenham could be possible as Tottenham currently lacks the firepower upfront. Both Son and Kane are out injured.
The last 12 games are do or die games for West Ham and hopefully, David Moyes can help West Ham stay in the EPL by changing his team tactics that will complement his players’ strengths.
West Ham should stick with the same formation (5-3-2) because of how they played against Manchester City. However, with Ryan Fredericks sustaining a shoulder injury David Moyes might change his formation to a 4-4-1-1 and compact the midfield moving Arthur Masuaku and Tomas Soucek to the position of a more right-sided and left-sided midfielder.
Noble and Rice will play as CM’s while Snodgrass will play just behind Antonio or Haller, should Haller be selected.
Pablo Zabaleta will come in for the injured Fredericks.
