Hey, what a title race we are witnessing. As if the 2013/2014 season wasn’t good enough, Man City and Liverpool impress with yet another great battle for Premier League glory.

Too much time away from the English Premier League can sometimes make a player or players forget what’s the purpose and their mission from one match day to the next. With the FA Cup intruding on the EPL for a full weekend, some teams got to rest their first-team starts.

Some by playing their weaker, second-strength sides. Or, they were kicked out afore last weekend’s set of FA Cup clashes.

How Man City forgot their duty, how do you go from bettering your chances, beating the only team threatening your title push and then lose to one of the three clubs bragging the worst goal-scored in the Premier League?

What we can all say for sure… Since Sir Alex, there really hasn’t been anybody close to his class, able to take the title in consecutive campaigns. But Hey! The season is far from over and Leicester City gave Manchester City a chance to exhale. Although, a small amount of exhaling and not a tank filled with oxygen.

Five points is still a big ask, cause you asking for a knock from somewhere else and a couple more stalemates and shared points. Pep’s side is screaming fit and should be doing better with the mentality installed from all the seasons playing for the crown of the English Premier League.

What can Pep do next?

Improve on his last result, yes! Then he needs to get Kevin de Bruyne and all back to a 100% fit and in the best form of their lives. They get the chance to lead the Reds and apply the pressure, forcing errors for the next four games.

Like Matchday 24 played out. Pressure can come in many ways, shapes and forms. Man City could pressure them by winning and winning, forcing them not to drop points.

Next. West Ham and Everton Both Interested in Chelsea’s striker. dark

Then they could draw, and force Liverpool to overthink things, causing them to bash out a point also or even a loss. They have what it takes and have another lifeline for retaining their title after Liverpool’s 1-1 score against Leicester City.

They must lead the Reds in such a way, the rest of the league will remember who the champions are. It will take a lot of work for Liverpool to get a loss, but everything and anything is possible in this game we cannot predict anymore.
