Here are some of your top stories making the rounds this week…

The man with the motor mouth,  motored his mouth too much again. Jose Mourinho has been charged by the FA after Newcastle comments, when his team played one of their best comeback comes in recent times. Why did he do it? Well, we all know Jose and the way he likes to draw attention to him. For him? It’s nothing new. For the FA? Some more money in the bank… Thanking Jose Mourinho.

On the brighter side of things at Old Trafford, Luke Shaw finally penned his new deal at Manchester United. During a frantic time of dismay and desperation, United secure what could be gold in years to come. Yes, recent form and his Southampton days make it the perfect decision. However, at the amount said be made by the Englishman per week?

Another player United tries to tie down to a long-term future, and has since last year rejected every attempt made by the club is Anthony Martial. They are hopeful the situation with him wanting to leave changes and he stays put. He’s a bright talent they’ve been working hard to sign a new deal. It’s going to be an interesting January and September transfer window for United.

Some injury hit on the break

The last important news for United, the club is not for sale. When the heats turned up, it sometimes reaches melting point. And that’s exactly what’s happening at Manchester. When things are getting bad, people begin to jump ship.

However, United’s still a financial goldmine, why would anybody want to give it up? But maybe for the good of the game and what’s happening on the pitch could be the reason for selling. Then it makes all the sense in the world.

Liverpool’s injury crisis hits an all-time high for the season and it’s only the start. Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Naby Keita and Virgil van Dijk, all returned home prematurely, from international duty. Sadio’s had a hand op went successful and faces a race against time to see if he is fit for tomorrow.

Mohamed Salah could be also be fit, with Naby’s scan on a hamstring problem, determined his time on the sideline to be no more than two weeks, but will definitely miss this weekend’s action against Huddersfield.

United comes up again in this one with a few worries compared to Chelsea ahead of a mouth-watering fixture. It’s said Nemanja Matic is still a major doubt for the United. Ander Herrera could step in and do the business in a must win fixture for Jose.
