The Blues looked disinterested and outmatched at Camp Nou in a 3-0 loss to Barcelona. Messi and his teammates ran circles around the Chelsea midfield and nutmegged Thibaut Courtois twice to advance to the quarterfinals for an 11th straight Champions League.

Antonio Conte’s side lacks an identity. Since moving Hazard back to his natural position, Chelsea looks fractured and confused. Adding Olivier Giroud into the mix doesn’t help as he has found it tough to adapt to Conte’s constant change of tactics.

Willian is the catalyst for the team and the only one who is in-form. Chelsea should take every measure imaginable to keep Willian for next season.

The Blues also can win the FA Cup like Mourinho’s Man United. The difference between the two is Chelsea’s spot in next year’s Champions League is no guarantee. In order to get past Liverpool into the top four, Conte needs a concrete tactical style and will need more players than to score goals. Willian is the only one doing that currently.
