Premier League predictions: Liverpool vs. Arsenal, all week 27 games
Sunderland vs. Manchester City
Sunderland are starting to run out of time to find some form and a run of results to avoid relegation. The Black Cats sit bottom of the standings at present, although still just four points away from safety.
Jermain Defoe continues to be a goalscoring threat, but the Englishman is on his own. If Defoe doesn’t score, then nobody else really looks likely to instead. Next up for David Moyes’ men is an in-form Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola’s team doesn’t look anywhere near the finished article yet, and they continue to give too many chances away defensively. But City are in a good run of results right now.
And whilst the defense might offer Sunderland some encouragement, the offense might just put them to the sword.
Prediction: Sunderland 1-4 Man City
West Ham vs. Chelsea
It’s a testament to Chelsea that the fact they have drawn two of their last four games is now seen as some sort of encouragement for the chasing pack. But the Blues continue to be dominant at the top of the Premier League.
West Ham welcome the league leaders to the London Stadium on Monday. Unfortunately for the Hammers, their record at home this season is not great. Although, it is a London derby so the match should be a fiery contest.
