5. Anthony Martial to Manchester United

Anthony Martial reportedly traveled to England for negotiations with Manchester United. The young striker will be replacing Javier Hernandez on the squad.

AS Monaco will be looking to cash in a whopping £36 million for the 19-year-old French striker. If this deal goes through, Anthony Martial would be the most expensive teenage footballer in the club’s transfer history.

Manchester United are no strangers to spending big on talented teenagers. Wayne Rooney was bought from Everton FC for a then transfer record fee of £25.6 million. Just last season, Luke Shaw was purchased out of Southampton FC for £30 million. Anthony Martial’s signing would mark Manchester United’s third overall transfer record fee, only behind Juan Mata and Angel Di Maria.
