The starter for the United States U-23 National team, Cody Cropper has plied his trade in England for over five years now. Signing for Ipswich Town in 2010, Cropper was released from his deal two years later.

Following his release from Ipswich Town, Cropper signed for Southampton FC. Though he has yet to make a senior team debut in three seasons at the club, Cropper has been a regular for the U-21 Premier League side.

With his contract expiring this summer, Cropper has admitted that he will most likely need to move to a club he can play at. With goalkeeper Fraser Forster locked in as the Saints starter, Cropper will most likely be moving to a new club.

Staying in England, if Cropper can find a starting role on a Championship side, he may be able to parlay some good form into becoming a starting Premier League goalkeeper.
