Certainly more of a wildcard than the previous two suggestions, but there is a slight possibility that the Gunners could go in for Victor Osimhen.
The Napoli striker is certain of a move away in January now. He was a targeted man anyway, but the social media video which was put out by the club’s official account which clearly mocked Osimhen has made him furious. Not only will he seek legal action, but he’ll seek a new home to play his football.
Therefore, I would put the £104m-rated goal machine on the list of potential candidates for Arsenal. Although, if Mikel Arteta were to recognise this beast and pursue him, they would need to be smart about their business. Rumour has it, Saudi Arabian clubs will lead the chase for him.
