Everton: Sean Dyche wants to sign failed Manchester United prodigy
By Kian Long
Everton have turned their attention to a failed Manchester United prodigy, as Sean Dyche devises his January transfer strategy.
Everton finally won their first game of the season at the weekend. Sean Dyche will be happy to see his side climb to 15th in the table, with the hopes that this win will inspire a turnaround of fortunes and the Toffees will finally get a solid run of wins.
Despite new signings being made in the summer, it was three of Everton’s long-serving players who got on the score sheet against Brentford including, most notably, Dominic Calvert-Lewin. If the England international can remain fit throughout this season, it would be huge for Sean Dyche.
Thinking ahead to the January transfer window, Sean Dyche has already come up with a transfer plan. It’s one that would certainly divide opinion, but it could be a masterplan from the English manager.
Everton eye failed Manchester United prodigy Adnan Januzaj
According to a report from Fichajes, Everton are set to revive their interest in Belgium winger Adnan Januzaj from Sevilla. It’s thought that the Spanish club would be willing to sell Januzaj in January if the price is right from Everton.
Januzaj has experience in the Premier League since he was a former Manchester United prodigy. However, the less said about his experience in England, the better. Long story short, he didn’t quite make it in Manchester and his career has gone a completely different route to how it could have gone. Still, Dyche believes in second chances and believes he could be a real asset at Goodison Park.
Do you think Everton will sign Adnan Januzaj?
