2. Evan Ferguson

According to the Daily Mail, Brighton and Hove Albion forward Evan Ferguson is considered by Spurs as a potential Harry Kane replacement. And it certainly makes sense.

The 18-year-old wonderkid is considered to be one of the best strikers for the future. Already featuring regularly for Brighton, he is yet to fully break into their starting eleven. Therefore, given his age, he would like to move somewhere he can guarantee first team football.

Given the new project under Postecoglou, Spurs could be the ideal destination for the Republic of Ireland international. He would certainly be given a shot at striker and given his experience in the Premier League, it would take him no time to acclimatise.

Ferguson signed a new contract in April, so he will be expensive. Further, we know from this summer alone that Brighton is difficult to negotiate with. However, if anyone understands the strategy of strict businessmen, it’s Daniel Levy. I believe this transfer could happen.
