Brighton transfer news –  Brighton is close to signing Igor from Fiorentina

According to the Italian newspaper Corriere Dello Sport, Brighton is close to a deal to sign Igor, a Brazilian defender from Fiorentina. The run was between Fulham and the Seagulls, but De Zerbi’s side took the upper hand since the entrance. It is believed that the club will pay between €13-14m for the transfer and the agreement should be done by the start of the week. Igor is seen as a great option for the defence and also to replace  Levi Colwill, as Chelsea doesn’t want to sell the player.

Brighton transfer news – Chelsea agrees on an  £80M fee for Caicedo

The Italian journalist Rudy Galetti reported that Chelsea agreed on a base fee of £80 million to sign Moises Caicedo. The Seagulls continue to hold for the £100 million fee including bonuses, so the adds could be decisive for the departure of the Ecuadorian star.

Brighton Transfer News: Brighton joined the race for Emil Holm

Calciomercato reported that West Ham and Brighton joined the race for the Swiss international Emil Holm, Spezia defender. He made 20 appearances in Serie A last season, scoring one goal and giving two assists. Besides the two Premier League clubs, there are 5 Italian clubs that are also interested in the 23-year-old player: Inter Milan, Napoli, Juventus, Atalanta, and Torino. According to Calciomercato, Napoli is ahead in the race for the defender.
