Chelsea transfer news – Manuel Ugarte signs for Chelsea… Or does he?
According to the latest report from Record, Manuel Ugarte has chosen to sign for Chelsea, instead of Paris Saint-Germain. This is despite the London club promising a lower salary (£60,000 p/w) than what the Parisians were offering.
This means that with the Premier League window opening on June 14, an announcement is thought to be imminent. However, this is just one report, with others claiming the counter-narrative to be the truth.
