#3 Leeds and Tottenham face-off in a battle of huge stakes

Leeds United against Tottenham Hotspur may seem like an ordinary fixture on paper but there’s a lot on the line for both teams. The Peacocks are fighting for Premier League survival, while Spurs are looking to snatch a European spot at the last minute.

However, the problem is, either side could win, and still not be able to achieve their objective. Leeds, who have 31 points, need both Everton and Leicester City to drop points, while Tottenham needs Villa to draw or lose to Brighton.

#2 Relegation looms large upon former champions Leicester City

Just seven years after winning the Premier League, Leicester City could be relegated from the competition. The Foxes are in 18th position right now and need to beat West Ham by hook or by crook.

The Hammers were defeated by Leicester at the London Stadium earlier this season and have a chequered record at the King Power Stadium too, winning, losing and drawing twice in their last six visits there.

#1 Everton’s 69-year reign on the line

Everton has been in the top flight of English football for almost seven decades, but that run is under serious threat right now. With just 33 points from 37 games, the Toffees are down in 17th position, just two points clear of the bottom three.

On the final day, the Merseyside outfit faces Bournemouth, who have lost their last three league games and are assured of safety. On paper, this looks like a victory for Everton, which would confirm their survival, but stranger things have happened this season.
