CAM: Bruno Fernandes

Fernandes scored the only goal for Manchester United in the reverse fixture a few weeks ago, so naturally, he should be back in the lineup for this game. He provides the vision and creates chances for guys like Rashford, Martial, and Antony to go and make a difference. One can imagine Fernandes and co. will be looking to be a bit more lethal with the opportunities that come their way in this fixture.

LW: Marcus Rashford

Rashford got a bit of rest against Forest, so he will be thrown right back into the lineup, with some added freshness to continue what has been incredible form since returning from the World Cup.

RW: Antony

Jadon Sancho made a return to the side, but too much too fast for the England international might be ill-advised. I’m sticking with Antony here for this game, with United fans hoping he might be able to up his game a bit in the final third.

ST: Anthony Martial

Back from a knock, and back in the side in the EFL Cup. I expect him to reclaim his spot, as Weghorst was really only brought in originally as a backup for an injury-prone Martial. Scoring in the latest game should give Martial the confidence that he needs to get back into the groove for Manchester United.
