According to a report from Mail on Sunday, Mikel Arteta and his team had submitted a second bid of £70m for Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo. However, Brighton insist they want £80m for the 21-year-old.
With Caicedo and his new agents pushing for a move away, a mid-point valuation of £75m could be enough to get the cogs turning.
