According to a report from Evening Standard, Arsenal are prepared for a double Premier League transfer swoop, both in the midfield department and both being Chelsea transfer targets.

According to a report from Metro, Arsenal could miss out on Ivan Fresneda, their former right-back transfer target. Arsenal had a bid accepted for Fresneda, but so have Borussia Dortmund recently.
