Arsenal transfer news: Gunners “lead the race” for Dusan Vlahovic

An Italian publication La Repubblica today confirmed that Arsenal were interested once more in the Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic.

The Gunners were heavily linked with 22-year-old Vlahovic before he signed for Juventus but the Italian giants may be looking to sell some players this month. La Repubblica claims that Arsenal are at the front of the queue of those clubs interested but would need to meet Juve’s £97.7m valuation.

Arsenal transfer news: A third bid made for Mykhaylo Mudryk

Earlier today, The Top Flight writer Ivan Buss reported that a third bid had been made by Arsenal for their chief transfer target Mykhaylo Mudryk. The Ukraine winger is desperate to join the club and it’s thought that a deal is close to happening now, as the Gunners have met Shakhtar’s demands.

Having recently played the Gunners in the Premier League, West Ham United skipper Declan Rice put a lot of praise into the Arsenal team and the work Mikel Arteta had done to revamp the team.

According to Just Arsenal, club legend Emmanuel Petit has been quoted to urge Mikel Arteta to sign Declan Rice. Rice, who plays as a midfielder for the England national team is 23 years old and approaching the prime stages of his career, so he may wish to move to a bigger club than his beloved Hammers.
