EPL Transfer Roundup: Arsenal Could Finally Make Their Move for Midfielder
Despite their flawless run in the opening three games of the EPL, Arsenal are said to be in for one more player in the market, a player they’ve been after for some time now, that player would be Youri Tielemans.
Tielemans has stood firm in his decision to not renew his contract with Leicester City and due to the unchanged stance, they will now consider lowering their asking price for the midfielder, with the Gunners waiting for the right moment to shoot their shot.
The Foxes are said to want £35m for Youri Tielemans, which could drop significantly as the end of the transfer window draws closer. Arsenal’s waiting game appears to have worked out and if they are able to risk waiting longer, they should get their man.
The wantaway has also made himself available for Liverpool, with him open to a move. However, the struggling Reds are not in the market for a new midfielder this late in the transfer window. Klopp’s options in the centre of the park are either well-aged, too young to play every game, or out injured. They should consider a last-minute ditch for the playmaker.
Either way, the Belgian’s options outside of Leicester seem brighter with the club doing little work in the market and finding it challenging to keep onto their best players such as Wesley Fofana, the player in discussion, and James Maddison.
They’ve signed no noteworthy players and have already seen club captain and first-choice stopper leave the club, Kasper Schmeichel. They better get working, or they could see the league go on without them and they will still be stuck in the transfer market.
Other transfers in the EPL
PSG have submitted a €70m bid for Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva
The one man Pep Guardiola does not want to leave City could be on his way out with two of the world’s biggest clubs in Europe after him. Barcelona, for the past couple of months, have expressed their interest in Silva but have failed to make any significant progress in a deal with Man City.
Man City have, however, reportedly rejected a bid for the Portuguese maestro from PSG. A bid of €70m was turned down but they are willing to accept a bid of €90m for him. Pep has also admitted they could be forced to work at the last minute and look for a replacement.
EPL Clubs Keen on Olympiacos Midfielder
The Premier League’s 19th-placed team is said to be in the market for Olympiacos midfielder, Mady Camara. The Greek club see no other option but to sell now that they have missed out on Champions League football this season.
However, they could face competition from Newcastle United and Lille. The Ligue 1 club is also interested in signing him.
Rodgers confirms that Wesley Fofana has been training with the u23
It doesn’t get better, does it? When it rains it pours, and it is pouring down on Leicester at the King Power. They have had a torrid time trying to hold onto their starting players.
Wesley Fofana has long expressed his desire to join Thomas Tuchel at Chelse and has since been left out of their matchday squad and been training with the u23s at the club. There are further reports that they will leave him out of the squad for the EPL game against Chelsea.
Two things: they either do not want to run the risk of an injury and get what they are asking for or, they are continuing to punish him for missing a training session.
Leicester have also rejected the Blues’ £70m bid for the centre-back two days ago.
Chelsea’s Hudson-Odoi is close to Leverkusen deal
The forgotten figure, Callum Hudson-Odoi, is edging closer to a Stamford Bridge exit as he nears a loan move to Bayer Leverkusen. The player seeks regular game time and Chelsea will allow him to leave and find his game.

Also, Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah could be on his way out of London and the Premier League as he too seeks regular minutes after a breakout season with the Blues. He is wanted by Inter and AC Milan, as well as RB Leipzig.

Manchester United Could Resign Memphis Depay Before Deadline Day
A transfer that could happen before the window closes if Man United and ten Hag want to strengthen at the top end of the pitch even more.
They are working on the Antony from Ajax deal and are treating it as their priority. But recently Marca reported that the Old Trafford outfit wants to sign Depay before the window closes. The out-of-favour winger has been offered to multiple clubs but has still not left Camp Nou.
It is unclear whether he is an alternative option to the AJax forward or not. But it is being suggested that the manager has requested the EPL club sign him again and that they are ready to pay Barcelona €10m for him.
