Sterling Has Yet to Enter Contract Extension Talks With the Champions, Manchester City.

Rumours since January suggests they are ready to cash in on Raheem and they could want to sell now before having to renew his current deal or, before losing him on a free transfer when his deal runs out. His contract expires at the end of this season, so they could look to move him on this summer.

So far it has been Chelsea and Spurs named as possible destinations for Raheem Sterling. Man City have also had an inquiry for Bernardo Silva, with Barca very keen to add him to their roster.

Kalvin Phillips remains a top target for both Manchester clubs. Pep Guardiola and Erik ten Hag might consider making a move Phillips with Declan Rice way too expensive and his price tag turning likely buyers away.

City have also joined the race for Chelsea’s Reece James who hasn’t engaged in contract talks with the club. Nothing indicates a transfer will occur this summer but the European powerhouses are waiting in the wings.
