#1 Heung-Min Son vs Watford (H)

Son this week has almost everything you would want in your captaincy option; he has looked sharp so far, has a good fixture, playing at home in front of fans, and has that explosive potential.

I do not think Harry Kane playing or not playing improves or worsens him too much as an FPL asset, he is still a great player to own regardless.

Son also has the 2nd best anytime goalscorer odds (51%; via Drafthound) this week. If you own him, you won’t get too many better opportunities to captain him.

Some people had slight concerns over his fitness but he is in training and looks raring to go, so there shouldn’t be any problems on that front.
