The summer transfer window has opened and football journalists have linked European giants like Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City with several players across the globe.

A few Premier League clubs have already completed some smart business by settling deals in the initial days of the transfer window. And as usual, Manchester United are being linked with players all across Europe that include, Kieran Trippier and Jack Grealish.

According to recent reports, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to increase the competition for the right-back position. Manchester United finished second in the English Premier League and lost the Europa League Finals to Villareal.

The manager reiterated his stance on strengthening the squad to challenge for titles. Because of this, the Old Trafford outfit has been linked with Atletico Madrid’s right-back, Kieran Trippier, who is valued at €20 million.

"Manchester United retain an interest in signing Kieran Trippier from Atletico Madrid. The England right back also has interest from Everton. He has two years left on contract but cash-strapped Atletico are open to offers. United see him as competition for Aaron Wan Bissaka. (Via: Daily Mail)"

Another player the Red Devils have been tipped to sign is Max Aarons from Norwich City. With his United links, there has also been enormous interest from Arsenal and Everton. Norwich City are back in the English top-flight and are looking to keep hold of their assets.

The United fanbase has been divided over the probable signing of a right-back. Few sections of the fans want Kieran Trippier and another few want Max Aarons. But who would be the better fit for Manchester United?
