FPL Captain Pick #3 Mason Greenwood vs Leeds (A)

After a slow start to the season, Greenwood has picked things up in the last few weeks and reminded all of us why he such a highly-rated talent.

His recent form and confidence make him almost undroppable at the moment. The underlying stats clearly back that up with the youngster getting away 5 shots in each of his last 3 starts.

He is a good finisher who massively overperformed his xG last season, if he keeps getting chances to take these shots (something you should expect against Leeds) he should get plenty of chances to hit the back of the net.

I didn’t expect myself to be backing him over Bruno. Let’s look at the facts here, though: Greenwood is on a hot streak and full of confidence at the moment with the underlying stats to back it up. I wouldn’t be surprised to see that continue.
