(1) Mohamad Salah – 19 Goals

Similar to Harry Kane, Mo Salah is also a two-time winner of the Golden Boot award. He took home the trophy in the 2018-19 season, where there was a three-way tie with 22 goals.

His second one was after the 2017-18 season, where he recorded the third-highest season goal total in Premier League history with 32.

This season it is even quite remarkable that Salah is in contention to win the Golden Boot.

He has had two stretches where he went five or more games without putting the ball in the back of the net.

However, lately, the Egyptian seems to have found his form. Salah has a combined 2.0 xG in his latest league games and will be preparing to take on Leeds over the weekend.

A team he scored a hat-trick against earlier in the season.

Projected goal total

Given that the Reds are attempting to make a final push to lock up a top-four finish, Salah will likely play the last seven games.

With his 0.68 goals per 90 minutes, he is projected to earn the third Golden Boot trophy of his career and finish with 23.76 goals.
