1. Harry Kane vs (BUR, FUL): Harry Kane is at the heart of everything that Spurs do.

Every Spurs attack seems to go through him which is evident in his incredible goal involvement this season. Not forgetting his partner and also mostly involved Heung-Min Son.

Kane is also on penalties and most often nailed on to play 90 minutes in all games which makes him a safe and reliable option.

As pointed out by @FPL_Swe below, Kane has an excellent record against teams in the Bottom 8 this season. He is yet to have blanked against a Bottom 8 side in the Premier League this season and has provided steady and consistent returns.

Having said that, Spurs’ fixtures are by no means as easy as they look on paper based on their opponents’ league positions, which can be misleading.

Fulham have tightened up things in defence and have kept a clean sheet in their last 3 league games, meanwhile, Burnley are usually not a team who are blown away by the opposition.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Mourinho and his Spurs‘ are often happy to score a goal or two and just sit back in games, which could limit the upside.

Having said that, Kane looked sharp at the weekend vs West Ham and was unlucky not to have an EPL return. He’s quite a safe captaincy choice who should be among the goals this time around.
