Is the board standing behind their manager?

Recently, the Gunners’ technical director, Edu Gaspar, sounded positive despite the loss against Burnley at the Emirates.

The technical director shied away from naming and shaming, and instead termed it as a collective failure of the team to win the games.

He opined:

"Just believe. Internally here, listen, we are doing well It is unfair to talk about one person, we are a football team, we have to talk about ourselves, talk about “we” and not “him” so that for me is the main message So the way we work, the way we train, the way we behave internally, if you see the quality of the work, if you see the quality of the people, if you see properly what’s happening here on a daily basis, it’s nothing to compare with the results. Manchester United persisted with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the 2019/20 season, despite their worst start in three decades. Chelsea backed Frank Lampard when the Blues weren’t able to gather wins on the road.

Similarly, Arsenal fans and the board should persist with the Spanish manager at least till the end of the current campaign.
