Best match – Man United 5-2 Bournemouth

Ole’s men might have conceded two goals in their victory but it meant nothing as they advance on their unbeaten run on their return to football and make it 16 games without a loss.

Goals from Rashford, Bruno, Martial, and a brace from 18-year-old Mason Greenwood was enough to see United score their first five goals at Old Trafford since 2011. They are pushing for that final Champions League spot, still sitting hot on the heels of the fourth-placed Chelsea and third-placed Leicester.

Back to winning ways

Chelsea, Leicester City, and Liverpool all got back to winning ways. Both Lampard and Rodgers’ men capped off the best displays across the league, barring United’s showing. The champions shook off the hangover and came to the field this time.

Before the Reds scored their opener in the second half of the clash, they were 161 minutes without a goal scored. This is a cause for concern for Klopp.

Biggest shock – Wolves 0-2 Arsenal

Who had the Gunners down for a win? Not me! No one predicted an Arsenal win, especially at the tough Wolves den, Molineux Stadium. This was a major upset in the race for European football as Wolves had Champions League football in their sights.

Following the pair of goals from Saka and Lacazette, the Wanderers have now allowed the Gunners to step closer to them and find themselves further away from magically stealing a UCL spot.

You would think the biggest shock of the weekend went to Southampton but almost every team is giving Pep Guardiola and the Cityzens a run for their money. Arsenal deserves this spot.
