Definitely two clubs fighting to beat the dreadful drop are these two, Aston Villa and Burnley. A difficult place to go and visit for Sean Dyche, can they show up with a better defence?

Aston Villa vs. Burnley

It was always going to be a tough run for Dean Smith and his Villians. As predicted, they sit in one of the relegation slots but have a way out this weekend if they are able to take the three points. Their last fixture saw them rally well against a top-six side, unfortunately, losing in the embers of the game.

Burnley on the other hand, head over to Villa Park unbeaten in their last two. This fixture also stands in favour of the Clarets, with them losing only one of their last four meetings with Villa. The most recent being a 0-1 victory for Sean Dyche’s men at this venue.

Bournemouth vs. West Ham

This is a pretty well-matched event happening at Vitality Stadium. Both have won three of their first six, sitting well in the top half of the Premier League standings. Expecting many goals as these two have conceded just over a goal a game, with Bournemouth letting in three more than their visitors.

At home alone, Howe’s men have let in five goals in the three played there. The Hammers have been poor in front goal while on the road. They’ve only managed to score four on the road. Their last clash away from home saw them end proceedings with a stalemate against third-last, Aston Villa.

Making matters worse… Pellegrini’s men were just eliminated from the Carabao Cup after their visit against Oxford, where they got punished 4-0. Good news for the Cherries. In this fixture Bournemouth has won the last two, scoring four across the two, with the Hammers only able to score once.

Score predictions:
Aston Villa 2-2 Burnley
Bournemouth 1-2 West Ham
