Debutants: James, Maguire, and Wan-Bissaka (United),

  • AWB was superb, both in attack and defense. Fantastic work-rate and contender for the Man of the Match.
  • Astute defensive display from Maguire. Although he didn’t showcase his distribution side of the game, he had a solid debut, receiving the Man of the Match.

Although a bit lucky, James scored the final goal! His celebration for his debut goal won social media. What a moment for the young man and for any player coming to a club as big as United and join a world-class list of players to score on their Manchester debut at Old Trafford.
