Transfer News: FINALLY! Man United announce the arrival of Daniel James
The wait is over for all of Man United. They break their transfer duck with Ole Gunnar in announcing their first signing of the summer.
Man United complete the deal for Swansea City winger and forward, Daniel James. The Wales international will join the Old Trafford side on a five-year deal that with an option to extend to six years, according to Sky Sports.
The deal agreed on is said to be £15 million with £3 million in add ons. As reported last week, the deal was in place for James to move from Wales to England, and was subject to a medical.
The player has made a smart switch to jump from Championship football to the Premier League. He spoke of his delight and is ready to take the next step in his footballing career with Manchester United.

The winger came up short following his country’s loss to Hungry in their EURO 2020 qualification match. But this hasn’t put a damper on the mood of the 21-year-old.

The club in return spoke of their pleasure in their capture of James. They have been missing hard grafters for a while and feels Daniel fits the bill in their new chapter.

Man United and Ole are not resting on their haunches and will attempt to tie up English and Crystal Palace left-back, Aaron Wan-Bissaka. A second bid is in motion for United, after having the first one rejected by Palace.
