Transfer talks: Real Madrid’s big bid for Man United Marcus Rashford
Wait, what! Paper talks have claimed Real Madrid has found their man and are set to launch a £100 million bid for the Man United forward.
The team who was the worst of the top-six clubs in the English Premier League has now become one of the most lethal teams to come up against. Since parting ways with Jose Mourinho and operating under the supervision of the caretaker manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Man United has gone eight games without a defeat.
Before Tuesday night when they met a stubborn Burnley side at Old Trafford, United was on route to going for eight straight wins, giving the custodian the best start by any manager in Premier League history.

Unfortunately and fortunately, they only just equalled Antonio Conte’s record of seven wins but bettered it by drawing the eighth one and not lose it. In the mix of it all, it’s been a joy to watch the United players come to life. Most notably, Paul Pogba, Ander Herrera, Anthony Martial, and Marcus Rashford.
Okay, so out of the four players mentioned, the one I’ve enjoyed most has been the latter, Marcus. What needs to be said is… Even before the Old the Red Devil saviour came in, Rashford always came out swinging, or in his case, shooting.
Never once have I seen Marcus Rashford play backwards football and only always wants to go forward. Either launching the attack or getting at the end of it. This is what gives Rashford the X factor.
Sir Alex would have loved playing a forward such as Marcus Rashford.
Real Madrid paper talks
How true the talks are, is unknown. One thing is certain in Real Madrid, they are up to the neck in cow dung and are in need of their next elite 11. All of the three-time Champions League winners have either left or are in the latter stages of their career.
A few still stand from that Madrid team as youngsters but judging by the results and form showcased this season, they haven’t been any good for Real quality. Rashford will undoubtedly fit in and take charge. He will be an amazing addition and great predecessor for Karim Benzema.
Why I don’t see it going through?
The forward embodies Manchester United and lives for Old Trafford. He will one day take the armband because of him leading from the front. With all these potential achievements, he will work hard for the English giants.
Going to be an interesting summer for Man United if he continues to perform at such a high level.
