A team falling far behind their neighbouring rivals, Liverpool, as well as the rest of the top clubs in the Premier League, is Everton Football Club. However, what has gone on behind the scenes – sets them on their way to closing that gap.

In a nutshell of what’s gone on at Goodison Park – they failed crudely at any sort of silverware and were far from the completed article they were expected to be. Injected with so many new names and personnel – you’d swear the Toffees were on their way to greater nights.

Disastrously, they were so poor they lost their first manager, Ronald Koeman, in the early part of the campaign. Later being forced to use Sam Allardyce as their savior in their fight for survival. And in saying this – displays how poor the Blues were all season long.

It was almost certain after including power, experience, and goal-scoring abilities, they were going to reach their goals set out this campaign. The one thing they forgot until the January winter window was pace.

It was a balls up in the making and has already screamed out for changes in what miserable behaviour was seen on the pitch. A good place to start is always the pitch, the players playing on the pitch, or the man guiding those on the pitch. In this case, all of the above needs changing.
