What a player this young winger has turned out to be under the guidance of Pep Guardiola. The two arrived together in 2016 and have progressed fruitfully over the two seasons.

It was quite hard to put Leroy here in fourth place after such a stellar showing in his club’s title-winning season. But it was because of who the next three are and him being nominated for the PFA YPotY award, it makes more sense for him to have a better chance of receiving that award as he’s still learning.

In saying the words ‘his learning’, one can only imagine in a few years from now how great Sane will be if he is to stay at City and under brilliant management – like what’s been afforded to him now. A really triple-threat winger with precision to key components of his game. Skills, technically gifted, and deadly in front of goal.

How many times have you seen this youngster score near post… Amazing talent! And long may it continue. The German has contributed to the most goals [29] but was not the maestro, or one of the two, who made Man City tick.

Hopefully, he will get the award for the PFA YPotY.
