What a way to end off the weekend’s fixtures with two of the most unfathomable results to happen in the weekend of Matchday 34.

Both, Newcastle and West Brom were the winners of ‘Upset Sunday’ when they rallied Arsenal and Manchester United, respectively. A small gust of wind blew in favour of the Toons maybe pulling off a result but it was the Baggies result which nobody expected.

An entertaining match between Newcastle and Arsenal, no doubt. The visiting team drew first blood and looked as if they were to join Liverpool and the newly crown champs, Manchester City as the only teams to beat Newcastle at St. James Park.

Only to be stopped emphatically, with prolific finishing from a team who couldn’t find goals from their strikers before the encounter. This was followed by the total opposite affair between the Red Devils and the Baggies.

This did however, produced the second upset of the Sunday.

What a dull, and unwatchable game took place at Old Trafford late Sunday afternoon. A team with a world-class manager, beaten by a team with a caretaker-manager. Darren Moore has been praised on social media for his outstanding efforts – beating United and winning City the league all in one match.

That’s one way to settle events in this campaign!
