How will Antonio Conte do and what’s he up against in his second season in charged at Stamford Bridge.

Conte and his revitalised side, managed to pull off a great first season. Although, they had little to worry about and could concentrate on the league title only.

Conte saw him include, N’Golo Kante to his side. A player who managed to win the league the season before with the Foxes.

This player made all the difference and helped bring the championship back to the Bridge. The battle went to the wire between Chelsea and Spurs. Excepting that, Conte and his men were just too much for the league to comprehend.

The Italian manager achieved some good numbers with his squad. Chelsea manufactured 30 wins, 3 draws, and only 5 loses. The Blues won 13 games in a row in this fantastic season. Quite a run for a manager taking part in the league for the first time.

Getting back to the present day, now. Chelsea have a lot of work to do in the market many believe. Others believe, they sold a key ingredient to a big rival in Matic and believe he must be replaced.

Chelsea have already suffered one defeat. Making them four away from Last season’s numbers.

Jose’s Chelsea started in similar fashion to how Conte has kicked off this one. The second league encounter will be the real test, as they go up against Spurs at their new stadium.

They need to get back on track and try not to suffer anymore defeat. It’s still early in the season and Conte has ample time to get the team back their best.
