Two great managers in the space of five seasons. That’s another way of saying, spoilt for choice!

When Jose returned to Chelsea he was at the club three seasons in his second tenure. It took him a season to fix the problems at Stamford bridge and then in his second season, conquered the Premier League once again.

Chelsea was a mess and Jose started working out who was not needed. After this, he shipped in the players he thought were good enough to take the club to the summit.

In this season, Mourinho and his men managed to lose only 3 games, draw 9, while winning 26. A EPL record hard to come by.

This was a difficult campaign to emulate but you’d think a manager of Jose’s caliber would be able to retain the title and many believed this was an easy feat for this man to reach.

However, the 2015/2016 did not go as planned. Mourinho and his men were outdone the season following their great success.

Losing a whopping 12 times, 14 draws, and managing only 12 wins. The Blue’s were lucky to end their season on a high note. Reaching a 10th place finish in a season their was not much left for them.

In this time, the Special One lost his marbles and got it all wrong. He departed from the club in December 2015 and returned to the league as a manager of Chelsea’s rivals, Man United.

Then came the Italian Stallion, Antonio Conte!
