Ahead of matchday six of the 24/25 Premier League season, the final weekend before the October international break, let's see how it all shapes up.
Premier League preview: Matchday 7
To kick things off, Crystal Palace host Liverpool in the midday kick off on Saturday. Oliver Glasner's side are still looking for their first win of the season, as they try to adapt to life without Michael Olise. Liverpool come into the game off the back of a Champions League win over Bologna in midweek.
As for the 3pm games, West Ham United host Ipswich Town. The Hammers have only won one Premier League game this season under new manager Jolen Lopetegui. Their visitors have yet to win a game, but have picked up four credible draws since losing their incredibly tough opening two games.
Manchester City host Fulham, as they continue to adapt to life without key man Rodri. Fulham have made an excellent start to the season, and sit 6th in the League, with 11 points from six games.
Leicester City host Bournemouth, as they look for their first win of the season. Bournemouth bounced back from two defeats in a row with a 3-1 victory over fellow South Coast side Southampton on Monday night.
Brentford, who have gone ahead in the first minute of all of their previous three outings, with just a singular point to show for it, host Wolves, whose last win came in April. In fact, Wolves' last win against a current Premier League side was against Fulham, on the 9th of March.
Arsenal host Southampton, with Mikel Arteta's side looking to make easier work of this game against a newly promoted side, having made things much harder than they needed to be against Leicester last week.
In the teatime kick off, Everton host Newcastle United. Jarrad Branthwaite did not train on Thursday, and could miss this one - in what would be a big blow for Sean Dyche's side. Newcastle United limped over the line in midweek against AFC Wimbledon in the Carabao Cup, and will need a better performance here.
As for Sunday, Aston Villa host Manchester United, with both sides having differing games in Europe this week. Chelsea host Nottingham Forest after their European exploits, with their visitors losing for the first time this season against Fulham last weekend. In the final game before the break, Brighton and Hove Albion host Tottenham Hotspur in what should be a kamikaze affair.
