On day four of competitive games of this September international break, find out how all of the Premier League players in action did for their countries individually and collectively.

How did the Premier Leagues stars do on Sunday afternoon

Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic both started for Croatia in their 1-0 win at home to Poland in the nations league. Jan Bednarek started for the visitors, whilst Jakub Moder was a second half substitute.

Nelson Semedo, Ruben Dias, Bernardo Silva, Bruno Fernandes, Pedro Neto, and Diogo Jota all started for Portugal in their narrow 2-1 nations league victory at home to Scotland. Jjoao Felix and Diogo Dalot came off the bench, as Fernandes scored the equaliser for the Portugal. Andy Robertson, John McGinn, and Ryan Christie started for the visitors, and Ben Doak was a late substitute.

Jannik Vestegaard, Joachim Andersen, Christian Norgaard, and Christian Eriksen all started in Denmark's rematch of their group stage game at the European Championships with Serbia, on this occasion coming away 2-0 victors in this nations league clash. Nikola Milenkovic captained Serbia.

Manuel Akanji started for Switzerland in their 4-1 defeat at home to Spain in the nations league. David Raya and Rodri started for Spain.

Martin Dubravka kept another clean sheet as Slovakia ran out 2-0 victors at home to Azerbajian in their nations league showdown.

Dejan Kulusevski and Alexander Isak both started for Sweden in their 3-0 win at home to Estonia in the same group. Isak grabbed a goal to make it three goals in two games over this international break. Jens Cajuste, Anthony Elanga and Lucas Bergvall were introduced in the second half.

Conor Bradley played the 90 minutes for Northern Ireland in their 1-0 defeat away to Bulgaria in the nations league.

Yankuba Minteh played the 90 minutes and provided an assist for Gambia against Tunisia in their AFCON qualifying showdown, but it was not enough as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at home.
