It was an entertaining draw at Old Trafford as Tottenham cancelled out both goals from Manchester United. Rasmus Hojlund scored the opener within a couple of minutes before Richarlison equalized from the corner. Towards the end of the first half, Rashford got Manchester United in front once again. However, at the start of the second half, Spurs got back in the game with a brilliant goal from Bentancur. It was a game that either team could have won. Man Utd player ratings vs Tottenham - Premier League

Man Utd player ratings: Defence

GK: Andre Onana (6/10) - This was the last game for Andre Onana before he leaves for national duties. He couldn't do anything for the goals Manchester United scored. It was all defensive errors from United. All in all, it was an average outing from the Cameronian.

RB: Diogo Dalot (6.5/10) - Dalot did a decent job in his position. He should have done better in for the first goal of Tottenham. However, he did make a goal-line save. While going forward, he wasn't offering much. And, that was a bit disappointing.

CB: Jonny Evan (4.5/10) - Jonny looked lost in this game. He was at fault for the second goal of the Spurs. Also, he was struggling to make decisions during the game. Perhaps, he was the weak link in United's defence in this game. Fans expect a lot better performance from an experienced player like him.

  • SUB: Lisandro Martinez (6/10) - Ten Hag decided to bring Martinez on for Evans and United fans at Old Trafford gave him a huge cheer while welcoming the Argetinian back. He looked like he never went away. There is no doubt that he will get better with more game time.

CB: Raphael Varane (7/10) - Varane was cool, calm, and composed while defending which was fantastic. He showed true leadership qualities in the backline of United. Manchester United should think twice before letting him leave.

LB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka (5.5/10) - As Ten Hag was playing him out of position, you have to give that benefit of the doubt to Aaron Wan-Bissaka. However, there is no doubt he was struggling as a left-back and a fast winger could have troubled him more.
