Arsenal might be on the verge of completing one of their biggest deals of the summer. The club has been hunting for a new striker for weeks, and now, they seem closer than ever.

Negotiations had dragged on longer than expected. Talks with a Bundesliga side were steady but slow.

For Arsenal, though, the mission was clear, bring in a proven goal scorer to solve their attacking problems.

Last season, the Gunners created chances but struggled to finish them. This summer, fixing that has become the top priority.

The player they’ve been chasing is young, quick, and strong. He’s also got a sharp eye for goal.

With 39 goals in 87 games over the last two seasons, he’s shown consistency. But landing Benjamin Sesko hasn’t been easy.

His current club, RB Leipzig, wanted over €80 million. Arsenal, on the other hand, were hoping for less.

Arsenal near agreement for Benjamin Sesko transfer

Now, according to CaughtOffside, both sides might agree on a deal around €75 million. If the payment structure suits Leipzig, the move could be sealed soon.

Arsenal aren't alone, though. Manchester City and Real Madrid have been keeping tabs on the striker.

Manchester United are also in the mix, although their lack of Champions League football could hold them back.

Chelsea were once in the race but have moved on. They’ve signed Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.

Liverpool’s interest isn’t confirmed yet. They're exploring other options too, including Alexander Isak and Hugo Ekitike.

The Slovenian star has everything Arteta needs up front; speed, power, and a calm finish.

And with Champions League football on offer, Arsenal might just win this Benjamin Sesko transfer race.

Keep an eye on this one as Benjamin Sesko could be Arsenal’s headline signing of the summer.

With Benjamin Sesko, Arteta’s side will challenge for major domestic and European trophies next season.
