Arsenal predicted lineup vs Man City: Will Bukayo Saka start?

CM: Declan Rice. Even given the return to fitness from Thomas Partey, I think Rice will keep his spot in the holding midfield role. If anything, Partey could come off the bench if needed to push Rice further up the pitch. Rice has been one of the players of the season so far for Arteta, so there’s no doubting he will start.
CM: Kai Havertz. He’s like Marmite – You either love him or you hate him. Mikel Arteta seems to love him, though. The team is behind him as well, as they showed immense support for him getting his first goal. There couldn’t be a better team to score your second goal against.
CM: Martin Odegaard. The skipper. After a disappointing display in mid week, it’s highly unlikely he’ll have another bad game. Odegaard will be the most important player for Mikel Arteta since much of the buildup play will run through him. In a depleted City midfield, he could be the difference between the two sides here.
