CM: Yves Bissouma. Bissouma has been one of the most improved players under Ange Postecoglou. A true asset to this Spurs team as he can do everything. Everybody compares him to the former Spurs midfielder Dembele and to be honest, I can see it.
Although, in this match, Bissouma will need to remain disciplined. If he picks up a yellow card, he will incur a one-match ban.
CM: Pape Sarr. Much like Bissouma, it’s hard to nail down Sarr’s role in this team because he can do everything. Certainly, he’s the dictator of play in this Spurs midfield and surprisingly given his frame he’s physical and gets involved in duels, many of which he comes out the winner.
CM: James Maddison. The signing of the summer and the player of the season so far. Maddison has won the hearts of many and he will look to continue his great relationship with Son in this match. Certainly, he’ll provide the creativity in this Spurs midfield three.
