Mauricio Pochettino will travel to Burnley for the first time as a Chelsea boss, with that in mind, here’s the Chelsea predicted lineup vs Burnley.

Chelsea predicted lineup vs Burnley

GK: Robert Sanchez. The summer signing has been in impressive form. This season, the defence has been Chelsea’s strongest point and Sanchez is largely to thank for his great saves and organising his defence well.

RB: Marc Cucurella. With Malo Gusto ruled out through suspension, the Spanish defender Marc Cucurella will step up again. He’s been in good form of late and played well in the last match against Fulham so despite his transfer request, he should start in this match.

CB: Axel Disasi. The French defender has been in great form of late, particularly impressing in the recent match against Fulham. While nothing is a given in the Premier League, Mauricio Pochettino does seem to favour the French international.

CB: Thiago Silva. He’s still got it and he proves that consistently. One of the most underrated defenders in the league this season and he will continue to use his experience to mentor this young Chelsea side.

LB: Levi Colwill. He feels like a new signing this season, that’s how good he’s been. Picking up an assist in the recent Premier League match and putting in an excellent display overall, he will want to build on this momentum.
