RW: Jacob Murphy – He appreciated the occasion at the San Siro and I think Eddie Howe will go with the winger again. There is an argument to be made for Miguel Almiron, but I would argue that Murphy has more workrate than Almiron and could be the difference on the right wing.

ST: Alexander Isak – Isak started at the weekend and he’s more than likely to start again. With Callum Wilson suffering from a hamstring injury, Eddie Howe won’t feel too hard done by as he has more than capable reinforcements in Isak.

LW: Anthony Gordon – Gordon is in exceptional form and is a true workhorse for Newcastle United. With Harvey Barnes out injured, Gordon’s involvement on the wing is essential for Eddie Howe. Gordon will come up against Hakimi for PSG, so it’ll be a tough ask but his direct approach could see him dominate.

Newcastle predicted lineup vs PSG: Pope; Trippier, Botman, Lascelles, Burn; Guimaraes, Longstaff, Anderson; Murphy, Wilson, Gordon
