CM: Bruno Guimaraes – The Brazil international has really found his form of late and after apparently signing a new contract, he will certainly be full of confidence in this match. The Brazil international will do what he does best – Holding the line for the Magpies and ensuring that all midfield duels are met well.

CM: Elliot Anderson – Again, another unsung hero for Newcastle. The youngster will be hopeful of a start in this match, with Joelinton injured and Sandro Tonali struggling to find form. Anderson is consistent when called upon and Eddie Howe may favour the players he can rely on in a match as big as this.

CM: Sean Longstaff – A contender for the player of the season so far, Longstaff will almost certainly start in this match. A player that embodies everything that Newcastle is all about and a fan favourite. I don’t think I’m going out on a limb by predicting the midfielder to start against PSG.
